Inventory
Our available inventory changes constantly, with customers ordering product that may not even be created yet. We serve everyone in order to be filled as fast as possible. We are constantly trying to maintain a high inventory to meet demand, but currently we are selling inventory quicker than we can store it!
Delivery
We don't sell products that can just be labeled and given to USPS. These products are heavy and ship via LTL or Truckloads. We offer Liftgate delivery that can drop the product off where you need it, but the cheapest option available is if you have a skid steer or a forklift to offload the product.
Contractors/Retailers
If you are a contractor who is in constant need for these products, or a retailer who wants to purchase wholesale, request a quote instead of proceeding with online ordering. If you are ordering more than 100 of any product, you may benefit from requesting a quote as well instead of online ordering.
Return Policy
Returns on these products are extremely costly due to delivery charges. We will refund your purchase and sales tax on the items 100% if you arrange the return of the items. We will not cover any return on delivery expenses (coming or going), so please cancel any orders prior to us shipping if you have had a change in plans. Our shipping carriers will not refund us anything for shipping to you, so call us or email us if you need absolute confidence in your ordering.
Warrantable Conditions
All our products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This covers product deficiencies caused in the manufacturing process. This does NOT include damage from the installation environment, vehicle damage, or installation damages. We do not ship cracked concrete products, so inspect your purchase at time recieved, as we will not warranty cracking concrete after 10 days once recieved.
Our concrete products are not air entrained: This means that if you live in a environment with long periods of time (>15days) of sustained temperatures lower than 33 ° F such as Canada and Northern States, the product could possibly scale some of its finish. We do not cover this, so compare the risks vs the value.
